Pet License & Registration
All pets in the City of Marthasville are required to have a pet tag and rabies vaccination and to be licensed and registered. Each tag is $2.00 and they are due by May 1st of each year. An annual vaccination clinic for dogs and cats is held each spring at the fire house. Dog tags are available at the clinic and also at City Hall.
To obtain a license for your pet, please fill out the registration form, which you can download here, and bring to City Hall along with a current vaccination record.
